Ohhh the beautiful people!
Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 10:30AM I've grown to really like taking head shots and portraits. One-on-one interaction is fabulous and when the people I photograph come out of their shell after a few minutes in front of the camera it's nice to see them shine. Deep down, I think we all want to be on camera in one way or another.
Recently I took photos of an uber talented woman, who I'm fortunate enough to call my friend: the lovely and talented Tracy Wiu. I've known Tracy for a few years and she's such a great friend. She's also a very talent actress, singer, and member of the team at Full Sail University. She has a fun, fun, fun personality and being around her is never a bore. Our photo session was no exception!

Seriously, she's BEAUTIFUL!
I find myself telling the person/people I'm photographing at the end of a session "last one!" and then passing by scenery too good to pass up. So naturally, after I told Tracy we were done we passed this wall and I demanded we shoot here too! So worth it. Some of my favorites were by this light blue wall with the little ledge.
If I think of Tracy, she's usually smiling. In my memories, in person or in photographs. I love, love, love this photo of her. Look at those pearly-whites!
Thank you Tracy, for a really great shoot...and wonderful conversation over pizza at The Portofino Bay Hotel afterwards! (Which I recommend to anyone who lives in Orlando or is visiting and is able to stop by the piazza to enjoy some delicious carbs.)
