1. The Standard Hotel Biergarten.  I went here Tuesday to meet up with a few friends and coworkers.  It was great!  They have an outdoor space that they cover and put ample heaters in.  It was toasty!  But the beer was delicious, the German food pickings were perfect and the company was wonderful.

2. Sunday brunch with a few great photographers.  I had brunch this past Sunday with my good friends Jaine and Maryana, both of whom do awesome photography, and I completely love when we meet up.  We usually talk "shop," which we totally adore. The photo below is the delicious pumpkin stuffed french toast I ordered.  (We went to Blue Water Grill in Union Square for inquiring minds.)

3. THE CLOISTERS!  After brunch Maryana and I went to The Cloisters, a great museum on 190th Street up north in Manhattan.  The walk from the subway there was even more gorgeous than the actual museum.  The fall colors are incredible.

4. Amazing meetings with special brides and grooms.  Saturday morning I met up with Ali and George, who are getting married on March 24, 2012.  Then I had the pleasure of meeting up with Doug and Clare, who are getting married October 27, 2012.  Two amazing meetings in one day.  How do I get so lucky?  I even got this great note from Ali and George! 

5. Lunch with my best friend, Lindsey.  What better way to end a week than meeting up with those you love?  I'm so happy she's driving into Manhattan with my munchkin of a niece, Alexa, for some good eats and great conversation.  I can't wait to see them!
